UIU EDU Project

🩺 TechMed is a Final Year Design Project (FYDP) developed at UIU that introduces an Enhanced Smart Healthcare Management System designed specifically for the healthcare needs of Bangladesh. Built around National ID integration, the system enables healthcare providers to instantly access critical patient data through a chip-enabled card—particularly vital in emergencies where patients cannot communicate effectively. The solution ensures centralized data access, administrative efficiency, and seamless interoperability across medical facilities. Additionally, it features an AI-powered disease prediction module using Decision Trees and Naïve Bayes classifiers for early diagnosis based on patient symptoms. The project was recognized for its innovation and impact and was officially published in IEEE Xplore.
